Reflection shows earlier pauses and your answers. If you enable its optional histories, it can also describe recurring app use, scrolling and tapping. It does not grade your day or tell you why you used an app.
Reflection brings earlier pauses and your answers into one place. Optional Remember my app patterns and Remember my rhythm settings add app-use and scrolling or tapping summaries.
A repeated pattern needs activity recorded on several days. One unusual session cannot establish how you normally use your phone. Look at the visits and days behind a summary before treating it as your usual routine.
For a made-up example, a summary might show longer visits after midnight. You may remember reading a long article then, while daytime visits were quick message replies. Reflection can show the difference in timing, but it cannot know those reasons.

Pausing protection, locking the phone or missing permissions can leave gaps. A gap cannot show what you did then. A visit still in progress may also be absent until its summary is complete.
Compare what is shown with what you remember doing. If there is too little history, wait for more recorded activity rather than treating an empty view as a verdict about your day.
