If protection is off

Check Renura’s protection status, then verify Accessibility, Usage access and Display over other apps in Android Settings. Your phone’s battery settings may also affect whether protection stays active.

If a check-in hasn’t appeared

Confirm that the app you are using is in Watched Apps, Protection active is on, and Quiet Hours are off. Renura is designed to stay quiet when a check-in would not help.

If screenshots look black

Renura protects its own screens from screenshots and recording because they can contain your behavioral history. This is expected.

When contacting us

Your phone model, Android version and Renura version can help explain a problem. Do not send passwords, private messages or personal behavioral records.
